How do I place an order?

Your items are in-stock, nearby, and can be delivered quickly and inexpensively. Select your delivery location, place your order online and you’ll soon receive your merchandise from one of our local stores. There is also in-store pick-up available.
Do you deliver?
Minimum purchase of Kes. 50,000/=* unlocks FREE DELIVERY facility within city limits, technician services included. For purchases below Kes. 50,000/=* where you would require delivery (within city limits) and a technician for assembly, we would charge a minimum fee of Kes. 3,500/=* which includes the transport of the technician.
Kindly allow 5 to 7 days for deliveries.
How will my order be delivered?
Here’s how it works:
- Complete your order on the website.
- Your order is then submitted for fulfillment.
- When we accept your order, we will charge your credit card or you could Lipa Na M-pesa and fill in the relevant details.
In case of any queries along the process, you can always reach out to us.
Can I get a specific delivery time?
- We will attempt to contact you by phone 1-3 days before delivery to confirm your details.
- Deliveries begin at 10.30 am and continue until all scheduled deliveries for that day are complete. Regrettably, due to the hundreds of deliveries that must be routed, it is impossible to give exact time calls.
Can I change my delivery date?
If you wish to change your delivery date, you could contact us on 0791777999 48 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date.
Can I cancel my order?
If you have NOT received your merchandise, you may cancel all or part of your order within 48 hours of placing your order without a charge or fee by contacting us on 0791777999
Will my Furniture be assembled for me?
For purchases above Kes. 50,000/- We will unpack, assemble and assemble your furniture for you. For purchases below Kes. 50,000/- whereby one has paid for the delivery, assembly charges do not apply. In case one collects their order from our store and requires a technician, a fee will be charged that will be agreed upon by the store manager.
Alternatively, we do have a DIY option whereby assembling instructions will be provided.
Can I organize for my own delivery?
Third party delivery liability onus is on the purchaser; kindly liaise with the sales representative, store supervisor or manager to sign off on the relevant documentation.
Can Big Save Furniture store my furniture?
We do not have a Lay-Bys Policy however, in certain situations where transport is to be organized; we keep the purchased item for a maximum of 3 working days from the date of purchase.
Can I get further discounts?
Big save furniture has a NO discounts and NO deposits policy
What if I don’t like it after it’s been delivered?
All sales are final. However, if you discover concealed damage you have 3 days to report it. Just call our Customer service department on 0791777999.
If a refund has been authorized, please note the following:
- Cash payments will be refunded by cheque (allow 7 business days).
- Debit Card payments will be refunded to the same account if the Debit Card and Debit Card holder are present. If the Debit Card holder is not present, Debit Card payments will be refunded by cheque (allow 7 business days).
- Credit Card payments will be refunded to the same Credit Card (allow 7 business days).
- All other payments will be refunded by cheque (allow 21 business days).
